CBG & CBD Inhibit Brain Tumor Growth

Cannabigerol (CBG) was found to be effective at inhibiting the progression of glioblastoma  (the most aggressive type of primary brain tumor).

It was a cell culture study published in February 2021 in the open-source journal Cells. The study was funded by Australian cannabis company MGC Pharmaceuticals.

The bottom line is that a combination of CBG and CBD “inhibited glioblastoma invasion in a similar manner to the chemotherapeutic drug temozolomide".
