CBD has Positive Impact on Anxiety & Stress
Published recently in the Journal of Medical Science, this two-year meta analysis examined research done in 2019 and 2020 (76 articles), and 70% of the studies showed positive results. It also showed that 67% of the studies also showed positive results for treatment of depression.
The studies showed that CBD was particularly effective at reducing "anticipator anxiety", the type of stress that occurs when speaking in public or to large groups. What wasn't clear was the dosing. The studies had varying dosage levels ranging from 50mg to 600mg CBD per day.
